We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services and ensuring guest satisfaction during their stay at our hotel.

Duties
- Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations

Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations is preferred
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
